The design and architecture of the buildings are actually quite impressive, both inside and out. The water supply, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning all worked well. Bath and face towels were provided. All Shinkansen stops at JR Omiya station, which is 10 min from Naka Urawa stn. 25 min to Tokyo stn from Omiya by Shinkansen. Ability to cook light food.
