The location was nice as it is in the center of Kyoto. Easy to walk to various touring locations and shopping areas. Hotel staffs were friendly and knowledgeable. There are a few restaurants in the hotel complex.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was spacious and clean. The location was also perfect - a metro stop away from the Railway station and a walking distance from the city center and many tourist attractions. We were highly impressed by the kindness of the hotel staff and management. We had additional requests about the organization of our trip and they were willing to advise and help us.
