The rooms are clean and big. We always had a big continental breakfast which was served on time. No power blackouts. The waitresses at the dining room would offer the room service chapchap when requested physically. Hotel is conveniently located along Moi Road just near the Mombasa Tusks monument.

Happy overall with the experience. The hotel had an aged, classic feel. The 1920s esthetic remained, with modern renovations and updates that made it lovely. It was great to have the pool to dip into. It was comfortable, with really helpful staff special shout out to Faith and Eric, who were extremely attentive and helpful. It was very central and allowed easy access to the markets, Fort Jesus, and easy enough to get to Nyali.

The room is big and clean. Every room has its own private bathroom with hot shower and all the necessary for a good stay. The employees of the facility are extremely kind and helpful people. The lady at the reception was always nice and kind with me. And even the security guard was very helpful and kind. The place is in the city center and from there you can easily reach several places of interest. For example, Fort Jesus is 5 minutes by Uber. There are also some nice clubs near the place as the CLUB 04, if you want to enjoy a bit the local life.
