Easily one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Amazing views of Seoul all the way to Lotte Tower. The Grand Reception is also exactly what it says on the tin. Open space and yet private and comfortable. Beautifully designed. The concierge was also lovely (Juhe-Han) and all the staff helped me in any way they could.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Really helpful and friendly staff, exceptional location(1 minute walk to subway station), incredibly clean, breakfast if awesome, a lot of options. A really handy self-checkout shop on the first floor.
