The staff at reception were excellent and very friendly. They were always happy to assist and gave us really good information. Having a balcony room was so special and we loved the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

We thought this hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Busan. It was close to Jagalchi Market, which everyone should visit to see all the amazing seafood. BIFF was practically across the street and from there it was a few blocks to another market. Transportation to other sites was easily accessible. The hotel was clean, the room big by Asian standards, the amenities excellent, and the price was fine. The desk clerk spoke excellent English and was helpful. Breakfast had a good variety on offer.

The staff was SO NICE. We've been to a few hotels during our trip, most of them more expensive and with more stars, and I think this was actually our favorite stay. The room was super spacious and clean. The mattresses were indeed hard, but we like hard beds, so it was okay for us. But keep it in mind.
