Well, I recommend going to express bus terminal. Clothes is really cheap compare to other place, the quality is not that premium but was decent enough especially for girls. For guys I recommend Dongdaemun or myeondong. Dongdaemun might be overpriced for their quality so be careful to buy any clothes from Dongdaemun and be sure that you know how to bargin there. Myeondong sells lots of decent quality clothes for both girls and guys their prices range can be from 20k won - 120k won.
