This hotel was excellent. The rooms were lovely and quiet, although a bit small for 3 people. However, the amenities and location were perfect and the staff was very helpful and welcoming! It's a smaller size hotel, which I appreciated in a great location in Seoul. We didn't eat at the hotel but there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants near by and easily accessible. The street behind the hotel is full of little shops and eateries and lively at night. There is a lovely Buddhist temple across the street from the front of the hotel that is most welcoming. The price was right and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so friendly, professional and accommodating. The property was beautiful, modern and spotless. The room was large and extremely clean. The location was so convenient, next to several train lines making it easy to get to all the sights in Seoul. Also very easy to travel to the hotel from the airport using the AREX train and metro. On our flight out of Seoul, we opted for the hotel to arrange for a hotel van with child seat, very easy! I would gladly stay here again!

The most notable aspect that I recall about the stay was the impeccable service. Every single member of the staff was friendly and cheerful, and also all could speak English on a high level. The breakfasts prepared by the cooks always brightened my day with fresh nutrition and tasty garnishes. The cleanliness of the place astonished me, since every day my room received a change of sheets and towels, along with new supplies, such as mouth hygiene kit and a bathrobe. The location of the place was also rather convenient, with two metro stations being within walking distance and a bus stop literally right next to the hotel. Overall the stay was pleasant and very satisfying!

    5000 or 10000 won racks of clothes are great!! Please do not go to Dongdaemun area for shopping, clothes are charged more there. Although Dongdaemun Design Plaza was nice, with many unique, creative finds.

  • This is one thing I HATE about Seoul.

    This is one thing I HATE about Seoul. I went there twice but unfortunately its always October-November. All the shops in Dongdaemum are and even in Malls are displaying winter clothes. Some tourist might not have winter season in their country so they are not buying winter clothes. I hope dongdaemun can display also other kind of clothing even if October-November is their winter season.
