Love this place. Room is clean and is cleaned everyday. The staff are very friendly. Comfortable bed. Location is in the center of Jeju city and close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle too, which is very convenient. My friend left her hat behind in the room when we checked out. I contacted the staff and they shipped the hat to our next stay in Seoul to us. Excellent service!

Convenient location, close to restaurant and shopping area. Just few minutes ride from airport. Great thanks to Miss Helen, she is such a nice lady . Very helpful, give us lots of info on place to go and food. The electronic closet is good too.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Place is clean. Nice bathroom. Good location. Many restaurants, convenience stores and a few bus stops nearby. Friendly staff who could speak a tad bit of English and more in Mandarin. Allowed me to place my luggage there before the check-in time while I went for lunch. During checkout, I had requested the receptionist to call a taxi for me to go to the airport but he was honest enough to tell me that I can easily hail one from the hotel entrance and that saved me time and money.
