I had the pleasure of staying at Lotte Guro City Hotel for 9 days during my work trip to Korea. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, surrounded by numerous amenities and easily accessible public transport options. The housekeeping staff was impressively efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay, and the front desk team was exceptionally helpful. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff. On the day of my check-out, I realised I had left my passport behind, creating a moment of panic for me. The hotel staff swiftly intervened, providing me with immediate assistance and organising a taxi to deliver my passport just in time. Their reassurance and prompt assistance were invaluable, ensuring I made my flight. I am so grateful for the hotel staff's professionalism, care, and dedication to their guests. I intend to stay at Lotte Guro City Hotel again during my next visit to Korea. Thank you so much for making my stay truly memorable.

Great breakfast and bar cocktail. Not expensive, good value for money. Easy to get to/from the two airports. Easy to the subway station and bus in the front lobby. Very local & authentic cuisine around the hotel within 300 meters. Also the Starbucks & Olive Young just near the lobby.

Great hidden gem, the host is very responsive and welcoming of any of your requests. Unfortunately I made the mistake of booking in short terms. But when I can I will return again and again. This is a great place
