The facilities are amazing: buildings, gardens, restaurant, pool, gym... everything is charming and well designed. Service: even though it was new year time, and they were most probably very tired, all the staff was present and caring. We really appreciated them going extra mile preparing a late informal dinner for us, after restaurant opening hours. The owner were around and you can feel their dedication and desire to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction (e.g. free upgrade). The food was really tasty also, with fruits front the garden on the table. Beds are hard and really comfy if you like this type of mattresses.

This small boutique hotel is located in a fantastic, walking-friendly area of Luang Prabang. The rooms are beautiful with high ceilings, wood floors, and comfortable beds. The breakfast is simple but delicious with offerings of omelets, scrambled eggs, sandwiches, cereal, fruits, coffee, and juice. However, the BEST part of our stay was the husband and wife team that run this hotel. They are kind, patient, and service oriented. The owner (Sinn) went above and beyond for us, helping us with many planning logistics. We could never thank him enough for his kindness and patience. We would 100% recommend staying here while in Luang Prabang. ❤️

Our hostess went above and beyond for us. She greeted us with welcome tea and carried our luggage to our room. A map and recommendations for things to do was given to us. We had to catch our ride to the pier before breakfast so she came with a breakfast to go bag. She even kept our luggage overnight and the next day. The location was next to the river and very clean and charming room. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
