The hotel is new, quiet and clean. The staff were incredibly hospitable. They provided a welcome Moroccan tea, fruit basket, snacks and water. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The rave reviews are correct. We enjoyed our stay over the New Year’s holiday. Breakfasts are lovely, chicken tagine dinner outstanding. Greatly enjoyed the riad’s very own hammam experience. Staff are very helpful.

I was thrilled with my stay at Amira. I arrived in the evening and was greeted with delicious mint tea during check-in with Ibrahim. He was so hospitable and sat down with me to circle spots on the map of Fez that would be of interest during my stay. The riad was gorgeous and the food was yummy. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Everything great. I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

    I called the Host as soon as I arrived to Fes train station. I realized that I had stayed in the same property back in February. It was a basement under ground without meaningful windows. I rated the unit back fairly and objectively. The host intimated and installed me. I refused to occupy the unit and requested a refund. The host Rabia’a/Samir refused and insulted me.     Beautiful traditional riad near the main attractions and a short walk to the Blue gate. We were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits. Staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. Ayoub was always accommodating and kindly organised a wonderful trip to Chefchaouen and helped us get a taxi to Fes train station when we were leaving. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. We loved everything about this place and had a pleasant 2 nights stay in this riad.

    This hotel was not highly rated. So, we didn't expect much. our main reason for booking this hotel was the location. it is right beside the FES train station and very convenient. it is a very dated property with a beautiful garden. our room was overlooking the garden.
