Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

Location - next to the Kasbah, and a short walk to the square and market. I felt safe walking around. people - the staff gave me helpful tips, especially about how to use the taxis.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service! We had an issue of readiness of our room. The Directeur of Hebergement Mr. Oubrik Mbarek did an excellent job in quickly resolving the issue by extending an upgrade.

The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had many amenities, such as bootled water, a fridge and even tea. The bathroom was quite large and clean. The breakfast was also very good. The location was central, next to the main Ouarzazate road. There was also free parking for our rental in front of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay in Ouarzazate.
