    not family friendly as when they ladies are doing the shopping. the kids are left with the guys where we can't even find a place or playground for the kids to spend a few hours without headache. The management should looks into this. :(

    The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were warm and welcoming, greeting us with big smiles that made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent, with IMBI station right next door and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur just a short walk away.
