Breakfast should have been included in my room - that is what I selected - but when I arrived it was not. Also my room was almost twice the cost of my colleagues - that is not OK. We should have the same rate.

Amazing location next to the shopping mall and Sunway Lagoon. Check in and check out was very simple. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern with great facilities. The elevators were the best we've ever seen. We can't wait to return again. It was Chinese New Year and they gave us complimentary biscuits on check out.

We loved our stay here, the room is clean and comfortable. The aircon worked properly. There is a refill water outside the room. A little playground for kids. Staffs are friendly. The location is excellent, so closed to the mall and also to the hospital, since we are there for a medical checked up. Everything is good.
