The studio was very spacious and the view was amazing. The breakfast choices were so many, I was able to eat a different meal every day. Staff were super helpful and kind. The lobby area and the restaurant area were really nice hang out spots at the end of the day.

The location of the place is 10/10, Staff was very helpful and friendly also 10/10. Facilities were clean and soap, towels..etc. were all provided

Well decorated. Room is not large but enough for every necessity and a quite comfortable stay. Location is perfect, extremely close to royal palace and the dam square. Stuff are professional and very hospitable

This hotel is perfect for everything. I definitely recommend this to anyone who plans to stay in amsterdam. They added to our great experince in the country for a short period of time. We will definetely book this hotel again. 1. Location - it is literally 2 minute walk to bus station from airport and train station to central station and other location 2. Lift - there is a lift enough to accomodate 2 person with 2 big luggages 3. Clean - hotel is sparkly clean and there is 24/7 hotel service complete with toiletries and room service 4. Free upgrade - we are a couple booked a double room but was really lucky they upgraded our room for free with 2 queen size bed and a balcony facing the street and just in 2nd floor 5. Breakfast room - we didnt avail the breakfast but the breakfast hall is just next to our room, and we can see how chick and classy the arrangement is 6. Signage - the hotel can be found easily because of it's big signange and good email reminders as you approach your travel date how to get there from airport 7. Friendly staff - the receptionist were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a map and help us navigate the city 8. Room - the room is spacious for us couple with 2 luggage 9. Heater - the room is provided with a good heater. And a water heater for shower and for your coffee 10. Bed - the bed and pillows are comparable to 5 star hotels in dubai
