The apartment was beautiful, and very spacious to travel with kids. The kitchen was very handy. And their breakfast spread and timings were also very good and relaxed. It was also in the middle of the city, so - everything was just a stone's throw away.

The location was great. The room was very clean and well furnished. Breakfast had a variety of bakery and food.

The staff are wonderful over and above trained-in service. The apartment block is actually mostly for the elderly and not so active (lots of wheelchairs and wheelie walkers) and the hotel rooms are for people visiting I think. Our room was HUGE, and the bathroom was fitted for wheelchair etc. The staff are clearly very good with the needs of the elderly, so super good with us (nearly elderly!) . When we got back from the town centre late-ish, the place was shut (we had our key) but the reception folk were still sitting outside having a friendly chat and leant an air of calm and pleasantness to the outside area. Bed comfortable. Parking underneath but not many spaces, more became available as visitors left around 4. Park outside in the bus stop area when checking in. Have a look at the car park entrance 50 m from the hotel entrance before getting back in your car to circle round and turn in (you'd miss it if you didn't know where to find it).

There was a slight problem with the heating. The staff was extremely helpful and fixed things right away!

Clean, spacious room with beautiful and modern shower. The breakfast was outstanding, and the location can’t be beat for walking around town. 100% we would stay again.
