They helped us to book bus for our trip to Rotoura. Moreover, they gave us recommendations what to do in the city. - the room was interconnected and convenient for 3 people to stay in. - fitness center is really great. excellent location on Queen St close to everything. comfortable room with Juliet balcony and bit of a view. Nice selection of tea and coffee. kettle and French press. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. we liked it so much we have rebooked for our return trip to Auckland!

I had to do an early check-in and informed them in advance. When I walked in at around 12-13:00, staff accommodated me immediately and I got upgraded a room by being a member. I was able to check-in easily greeted by a welcome message on the tv when I came in my room, and the location is amazing!
