Everything! Very spacious room, incredibly comfortable king bed, very clean bathroom, fantastic large breakfast spread, very kind employees who were eager to help you in any way. Location is within walking distance to several squares & restaurants. The comfort of the room was the most memorable! I was relieved to be staying there while I didn’t feel well (altitude sickness) for the majority of my time in Puno.

Joel was amazing, from making the booking to the actual two night stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were picked up safely from Puno when we arrived late at night and gave us thick blankets on the boat to the island as it was a chilly night. He personally took us around the islands the next day so that we could experience the culture and traditions and even showed us fishing! Would recommend to anyone interested in learning about the Uros traditions and also want to experience tranquillity and amazing sunsets. The accommodation was spacious and bedding comfortable. Thick blankets, hot water bottles and a gas heater provided for the cold nights.
