Stayed just for one night and it was perfect. I can't really review spa and pool, but otherwise, everything was great. Staff is really kind and professional. What I really appreciated was the vegan options during breakfast. Lots of vegetable, fruit, vegan cheese, lots of different spreads.

This is my favorite place to stay every time I visit Krakow and I visit it for business every month. The place is new, beds are exceptional, I always get a nice rest there. Breakfasts are superb.

The hotel is located conveniently on a tramline that brings you direct to the Old Town or offers an option to walk to the Arena area (as much fun outside as inside!). The hotel is perfect for anyone mixing work with a trip to the city- and there's even a 'charming' (?) Milk Bar (the charm is the lack of charm perhaps) less than 200 metres on foot. Oh- the breakfast was excellent too!

Amazing design, the room was well decorated.

The people were so nice, the room had a lot of space, the food was delicious. There was also a free coffee and tea corner, sauna. There was as well option of massage.

The location was amazing. It was quiet, while you were a super close walk from the city centre. Also just a minutes walk from public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy to reach with car.
