The water is a beautiful blue and crystal clear except for the tins of seaweed floating and washed up on shore. We had to step on at least 5 feet of rotting, smelly seaweed, loaded with sand fleas to get in the water. The beach was beautiful but not well maintained.
The beach was beautiful but not well maintained. There was some trash around and lots of dead seaweed. It could have been groomed better but the water was nice. A few food booths but the bathrooms were made out of plywood. We expected better infrastructure. It is peaceful and quiet overlooking the sea and the Islands and gorgeous sunsets! The cozy cottages are equipped with everything you need- refrigerator, table and chairs. Even beach chairs and a cooler for use! The shower is great too. You are within minutes of Flamenco beach and wonderful snorkeling beach options and the town of Culebra. The staff is always helpful.
