Luxurious and warm. The breakfast selection was great; staff was very attentive, in particular Enil; great for family with young kids with playparks nearby; rooms, wellness spa, sauna, pool all lovely. Special chocolate treat on new year’s Eve was a nice touch. Kudos to lobby staff, door men, porters, cleaning crew for their superb service.

Hotel is beautifully decorated, complimentary drinks were a great surprise, spa is amazing and therapists fantastic. Hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier. Overall, loved my stay and will absolutely be back!!!
