The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is exceptionally clean. We had to adjust our booking at the last minute to include our daughter, and the hotel gladly accommodated our request. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

Excellent location: metro station.(Sao Sebastiao) right in front of the hotel; provides access to the Red line, that runs from/to the airport, and Blue line that can be used to reach Orient train station. Another train station, Entrecampos, where you can catch trains to Sintra, is within easy 15-20 mins walking distance. Excellent breakfast, too. All you can expect from the European 4 stars class hotel, plus more (e.g. pastries and fruits were varied during our stay). Huge TV on the room's wall (if you are fan of it:))

The staff were so helpful and the hotel was excellent. We made use of the pool and happy hour and breakfast. We had lovely rooms and they were very comfortable. We were close to the metro and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Very nice hotel, the room was big with full of equipment, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The employees were very nice, helpful and professional. I had a special demand and they totally realized it. Metro yellow or green just 2-3mns walking, the biggest park of Lisbon too.. Very safe place. Everything was very nice I highly recommend
