They gave me a free upgrade to the Principe Avila hotel next door, which is a new and modern hotel, very clean, beautiful room with a nice view of the street and buildings, breakfast was great, location is a bit far from the centre but very easy to reach by metro, also to and from the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in an area with lots of hotels, cafes and other dining options. There's a supermarket next door, 2 metro stops (blue & orange lines) within 5 minutes walking distance. We could easily access all the major tourist spots using the metro, tram, and buses. The hotel is small but clean and comfortable. I totally enjoyed my stay. All of this is great but the icing on the cake is the staff. They were welcoming, accommodating, very hospitable, simply excellent service. 10/10

The hotel was fantastic. Staff was kind and friendly, the room was clean and comfy. All above my expectations. The hotel itself is so well decorated. Everywhere you look you find a well designed spot. Flawless. The breakfast was excellent too. Good options, all well made.
