It was nice to have our own little apartment vs a hotel room, and we enjoyed breakfast at the table under the beautiful windows in the morning while we planned our day. The location is fantastic and is right next to the aqueduct, botanic gardens (must visit!!) and University of Coimbra. We found several nice restaurants and pubs nearby, too.
