The hotel is close to the city center. Staff are very polite and gave me a parking slot upon arrival for a minimal price without advance reservation. Rooms are decorated nicely and breakfast was really fascinating as the different options were presented in a really charming way..

This centrally located hotel in Timisoara’s Old Town is perfect for sightseeing. There’s a parking area (Piata 700) just 500 meters away, and it only costs 6 euros per day—very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the inclusion of some traditional Romanian dishes. Overall, a great choice for exploring the city!

I had to ask for a change of date after the free cancellation deadline which the hotel staff kindly granted. On the day of departure, I had to leave at 4:30am and the hotel prepared a full package of packed breakfast! The standard double room is spacious. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Air-con is excellent on a hot day.

The apartment is large and comfortable. Everything is new, modern and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The building has an elevator. The host is friendly and always available. The internet is fast. There is parking in front of the building. Across the street from the accommodation is the Iulius Town shopping center. The city center is close, an easy walk of about 10 minutes.

The property is located very near Iulius Town shopping centre and reasonably close to town centre. The apartment is spacious - both the lounge and the bedroom are a good size. Lounge has a large new sofa. Kitchen seems to have necessary equipment (kettle, microwave, etc), although we didn’t use any. Everything was very clean. The communication with the host was excellent and in good enough English.

Lovely apartment with well appointed facilities, very easy to get to and very easy to collect keys/access. Lovely location in one of the city's main squares, within walking distance of pretty much everything you need, from the 700 market to lovely bistros and Iulius Town (the mall and newly formed gardens).

The apartment was clean, smelled good. It's across the Botanic Park and very close to the center of the city and Iulius Town. We had our own garage. In apartment you have access to the fridge, coffee machine, stove and washing machine.

Excellent, spacious, and comfortable accommodation. They thought of everything, down to the smallest details (like coffee, tea, and toiletries for women). Very clean. All praise for Andrei—accurate and precise instructions for arrival and entering the apartment, as well as every kind of assistance. The apartment is right across from Union Square, near the botanical garden. All historical sites and even Iulius Town are within walking distance. Perfect!

From the very first moment, I loved this accommodation: the very attentive apartment owner was ready to assist us and help us get around the city. The place is very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay for two people. The location is excellent, a 1-minute walk to Iulius Town or 10 minutes to Union Square, with free parking nearby. Highly recommended!
