Truly a great hotel, in every aspect. From check-in to rooms to breakfast, they provide an exceptional service. Everyone at the hotel is there to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. If there was an issues, they fixed it immediately. It is truly a gem of a hotel in Tunis, and a must stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a large modern lobby area and a smaller but traditional lounge. Takeaway coffee or cold water was always ready for guests. Rooms were modern and had all amenities one could want. The staff really made an effort to make it an exceptional stay.

Very comfortable, quiet and clean room, good location between the center and airport (10 minutes by taxi), very nice staffs, we got room-upgraded and very nice breakfast at 5 am. as we need to leave to the airport at 5:30 am. They also arranged a taxi for us with 50 dinars. Many Thanks!
