This hotel is a perfect base for you to explore Istanbul. It is a short walk to the M1 tram line that takes you to the historical district and also the metro and the Airport bus . Get an Istanbul metro card and you are away. You can walk too, but i am lazy! The hotel staff here are amazing, the manager Orhan is next level on customer service (without expecting reward). He is a problem solver if heaven forbid you have any. The airline lost our luggage and he sorted it out. The Meretto hotel is our 'go to" place in Istanbul. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hi recommendation to this hotel for tourists. The Super amazing staff Sobir,Izzat,Khurshed,Shahin and shifa were helpful, friendly and fast response. The best location taram,metro and bus station few meters from it.the welcome and leave condition are amazing.the flight was after check out by many hours the staff welcome you in the reception with free best Turkish coffee, water and soda till the driver come.they can speak Arabic,English and tukish.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast changed a few times which was great. Had a good variety. They have indoor spa and sauna, free for hotel guests. They also have massages but you have to pay for them. When you need your room to be cleaned in the morning, you flick a switch and a light turns red for “do not disturb” and green for “clean room”. Complimentary water bottles everyday given by the hotel. Personalised letter was left on arrival to my room. Very hard to point a fault. Hotel is less than a minute walk from grand bazaar. Hotel also has in-house Starbucks!
