Perfect location in the center of Göreme, the hotel is dug into one of the world's most famous rock formations in Cappadocia. The view is absolutely amazing, you can watch dozens of balloons flying by your terrace. The lady from the kitchen, helped by her husband Ahmed, every morning prepares delicious breakfast with lots of Turkish specialities. Special thanks to Tugay, the hotel manager, who arranged everything for us, Green Tour, Red Tour, Turkish Night Show, etc, Strongly recommend!!!

Guest Relations gentleman Burak ensured our comfort from booking confirmation through arrival and departure transfers, making the entire process seamless. It was also reassuring to see the hotel manager, Michel, personally attentive to every guest’s well-being, a hallmark of exemplary leadership. It is therefore no surprise that his team did not miss a single detail in ensuring their guests’ comfort.

1) The hotel was nearby at the restaurants, shops and the main road of Göreme 2) The rooms were very big and comfortable 3) The temperature in the room was perfect (outside temperature 0 degrees and the room was very warm) 4) Haroon was one of the best receptionists we have ever met. He provided us with all the necessary information and he was well organized with all the activities we ordered (Green tour, Turkish night, Balloons)
