United StatesThe hot spring outdoor in the nature! It would be a great getaway deep in the mountains. The personal hot pot for dinner was delicious (need reservation ahead), as well as the breakfast. The female host was friendly and thoughtful.

SingaporeThe location, amenities and services are great. The balcony view from our room was stunning as well.
The hotel is really clean and it came with a lot of amenities such as a heater bed mattress, dehumidifier in the bathroom & netflix access on tv.
The staff are really friendly and warm as well. Highly recommended!

United StatesThe location was amazing being perched on the sunset side of Qingjing where we had a wonderful view of the sea of clouds. Our room also had sentimental touches that will stay with us - such as the glow in the dark stargazing ceiling (we were in the Saturn room), the heated mattress and floors, and the lovely east facing balcony. We will come back.
