The staff’s customer service is extraordinary — from the front desk tram to the bellhoppers. They were kind, hospitable and extremely helpful — made us feel like VIPS. The staff were super helpful, welcoming, and kind. The rooms were clean with a nice heated toilet. Very beautiful bathtub and nice bathroom in general. The breakfast wasn’t amazing, but was really nice with many options.
