Very modern hotel. Many conveniences in the room I have not seen many places in Ukraine, except when paying a much higher price--like a hot water kettle, tissues in the bathroom, excellent lighting. Drinking water available on the floor and in the lobby. A very pleasant place.

Reception was extremely polite and helpful! The girl with the blue eyes made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was very well taken care of at all times. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! I would highly recommend any friend or family to stay here.
