Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. Very crowed and not enough food options offered. Paid for meal plan and did not have food or drink. Very dark areas on walking path. Felt very unsafe walking. Spoke to gate supervisor who told us they would refund money paid for unused meal plan but, customer service rep. could not or would help up And only thing we could was to file a complaint and it would be reviewed in 6 to 8 weeks. We normally go to Busch Gardens in Tampa but decided to try Williamsburg this time. The rides, food, and staff were good. Lines were nowhere near as bad as the Tampa park. If you’re expecting animals like at the Tampa park you will be really disappointed, birds, a few Clydesdales, 2 Scottish Highland cows, and some dogs were the extent of it. We HIGHLY recommend getting the all day meal package, you will save quite a bit of money!Guest review byAndrewUnited States
