Great place to stay, the location is very good, the metro station is near by and you can walk to the most popular places in Chicago. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and really confortable, the room had a big size and the bed was amazing. 100% recommended.

This is the friendliest hotel we have stayed at in a very long time. Staff went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and fun. They assisted in transportation, made recommendations on where to have coffee, made sure the kids had a pineapple 🍍 cookie in the afternoon 😀, and the adjoining Atwood restaurant assisted in all this as well. Helpful warm staff that remembered names and preferences.

I like this hotel. Nice room, good bed. You can drink coffee and tea 24/7. Beautiful and new design. Some things like facials masks, yoga rug, socks are very lovely for guests. Location is great. View on river is the best, you can see ships and tramp tower.

The location is amazing. All staffs are very helpful and kind. Only that the room is small, but considering the location, it’s reasonable.
