Amazing place. We love it. After an awful experience with another booking place we rented and paid in full for our short vacations, we decided to ask for a refund and moved to this holiday inn resort. Thank GOD best decision even. Clean, comfortable, nice pool area, friendly staff. Highly recommended

It was ok. It is like walking around an outside mall.

It was ok. It is like walking around an outside mall. It would be nice if WDW would allow you to walk around it earlier in morning. We were not allowed in the area until 9am. We were going for breakfast and felt that was kind of late entry. Also the World of Disney store did not open until 10 am, which I feel is also kind of late for those flying out and wanting last minute gifts.

It's nice that they added parking garages and some cool...

It's nice that they added parking garages and some cool stores it just doesn't have the same feel and excitement it once had. It used to be so much fun in down town now not so much we hit our classic stores we have always visited and a few of the resturants you can keep the rest.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very close to Discovery Cove, it was less than 5 minutes away! That was a plus since you have to get to the park early!! Downtown Disney wasn’t a far drive to catch a movie and dinner. The grounds were nice and clean. I would stay there again! It was safe, clean, comfortable and close to one of our favorite Disney attractions!!

The room was on the top floor with a great view. The hotel was very clean and nicely maintained. It was close to downtown Disney and the purpose for our stay. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
