The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. Great location near Grant Park, only two blocks from an L stop (red line) and three blocks from Loop L stop. It was easy to get all over but also had some good eating options nearby. I also loved being in a historic building. Our 2 rooms had adequate amenities/service .All the Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. It was very cool that many of the Staff spoke Spanish. No complaints or issues with our Beds or bedding, everything was comforting.
