    We had tickets to climb to the top of the pedalstal and this...

    We had tickets to climb to the top of the pedalstal and this was fantastic. Would have liked to go all the way to the crown, however it was only when I looked at booking that tickets to the crown needed to be booked about 3 months in advance. So be warned, if you want to climb to the top BOOK 3 MONTHS in advance of your visit to New York.

    We took a Clipper city Sail boat around the Statue of Liberty! Shes a lot smaller than I expected her to be! I heard if you take the ferry and actuall get off on the island--my friends and their children went--said it took an entire day to go to the museum and walk inside of her

    If you want to book to get to the crown you need to do this...

    If you want to book to get to the crown you need to do this several months in advance and make sure you are fit and happy in a confined space as its a very narrow steep set of winding steps the couple behind us turned back. Its worth it when you get there but our legs were aching the next day

    Please be careful of scams at the Statue of Liberty Park entrance multiple people are standing for the sailing status of Liberty tickets please don't buy from them they are scammers.they keep aslikng its not allowed you entre in park without tickets and try to afraid you but its all trick they use so people buy tickets from them so please be careful only purchase tickets from inside the park office

    If you want to see the Statue of Liberty for free might I suggest taking the Staten Island ferry once you get over to Staten Island yes you'll have to get off but there's an outlet mall there's things to do there too hop your butt back on go back over for free I mean did I say it was free

    Worth it just to make the visit to go up inside, with great views outward once you get to the top; traveller tip-check that it's fully open to do all this as sometimes they close off parts of the monument for repair and maintenance.

    We stayed in room 3803, a balcony room with incredible views. Statue of Liberty was right in front of us and views of the river on 3 sides. High floor, quiet and incredible views. Right next to MSG, MACYS, liberty bagels. Parking garage was close.

    Location between chelsea/k town and is on flower district so its pleasant to come out on the street. Our king room has pretty good sound proofing so it was mostly quiet. King size bed was comfortable, bedding all nice and the view was very nice- was able to see all the way to The Statue of Liberty. Staff are also very helpful and kind. Extra was airport shuttle service. We arranged going back to the airport, it was reasonable price and easy to arrange. Highly recommended.
