Location. The big comfy bed and big shower were great! The coffee/tea machine in the room. The fancy Japanese style toilet was funny but maybe unnecessary. The room was quiet, which was nice. Beautiful furniture. The lobby is gorgeous! Customer service was amazing! Thank you!

Times Square

Alive with billboards and brightly-lit screens, Times Square thrums with energy. Yellow taxis fly past and tourists pause awestruck to snap photos on their phones. The bustle of New York summed up in one crossroads, every element competes for your attention. It may be often recreated for film and TV, but nothing beats seeing this iconic location up-close.

It’s great.

It’s great. Know at any national holiday the terroists could create a riot a riot and go when it’s safe. No national holidays. Remember 9/22 was terroists. Do not dress well and carry nothing expensive on you.

Times Square was everything I hoped for and more.

Times Square was everything I hoped for and more. Even at midnight, it was lit up like daytime. I loved that because it made me feel safe walking around. The massive billboards were mesmerizing, like something out of a movie. Everyone was just being their full, authentic selves, and the energy was so accepting. Even the people who stared were supportive. I randomly photobombed a cute guy and he actually loved it. And yes, I even danced by the red stairs with someone who looked a little down on their luck, and I honestly didn’t care. It was all part of the experience. Times Square has a vibe like no other.

Was excited to see this iconic place and it was as imagined! Loads of billboards always changing and the new year countdown clock. There were also a lot of characters who would photo-bomb your photo and then ask you for money - they really put the pressure on so beware.

Busy, Beautiful at night time!

Busy, Beautiful at night time! We stayed at the Crown Plaza--right next to the subway! Perfect spot to reach almost anything you want to see in the city in just a few minutes ride. It is mostly shopping--gift shops and retail stores. Broadway is right there as well if you enjoy plays. Eat a good beakfast a Jr. Cheesecake! Theres also a few bars around and good resturants.

Good property and vet well located just around the corner from Times Square. This was the last stay after a 2 week road trip and we had a lot of repacking to do. The room was well appointed but a little on the small side for a luxury hotel. This is a place we will consider r again if coming back to new York because of its comfort and location. There are also some good restaurants across from the hotel.

Note: this isn’t really a hotel, more of a hostel/college dorm situation. Be aware of that before booking. Incredible location right next to Central Park. A few minutes from a subway stop and only a 20 minute walk into Times Square. Room was clean, small but good enough Great view over to Central Park Really good value for money, and it’s nice to support a nonprofit. Only comparably priced hotels were in New Jersey or Long Island which are far from the attractions.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Times Square. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to all the major attractions, theaters, and dining options. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a great view of the city. I especially appreciated the amenities and the efficient service. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City!

The location is fantastic. Times Square is around the corner, close to theatres, the Rockefeller Centre 2 mins walk down the street and easy access to subway. Sure, it's a little more basic than a big brand hotel, but it's a nice place; the rooms are clean, tidy, staff pleasant and helpful and you can't beat the value for money. Radio City Apartments is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely rooms and very spacious. Super comfy beds! Bathrooms are great and everything very clean. This feels like a traditional New York luxury hotel, and the kids loved being so high - we were on 31st floor! Great location, it's only 10 minutes walk to Central Park, Times Square or Broadway theatres and the subway links are great and easy from there. Staff were very friendly and Randolph's Bar is a great place to start your evening or end a day of sightseeing. Loads of restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location for traveling around New York City – close to attractions and the subway, for example, a 20-minute ride to Lower Manhattan. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and Times Square is an 8-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. The staff is very friendly and understanding.

Very good hotel! The location is excellent — right at Times Square, just a few blocks from Central Park, and within walking distance to the Empire State Building, Summit One, and Rockefeller Center. The breakfast was very good, with a nice buffet. The staff was very kind and helpful . The elevators can take a bit longer at times, but that’s expected in such tall buildings. The room is not big, but that’s normal for New York. Overall, a great stay and perfect location for exploring the city!

As a tourist in New York excellent location, an oasis of quite just off Times Square, the feel of the hotel was a great contrast to the modern city around it. Very clean, staff could not have been more helpful and polite. The breakfast was simple but sufficient and the 24/7 availability of complementary drinks and snacks was an added bonus. Happily recommend and stay again.

It is a small hotel for New York with an 80s feeling located just above the bustling Times Square. It has large rooms and a lot of space to move around the room. We were a family of 3 adults who had to get ready for a rehearsal dinner and a wedding reception..we felt very comfortable given the dressing area with a large mirror and the walk in closet that had all our formal wear. The bathroom was large and bright. There were black out curtains so we could sleep in a bit given the bright day.

This hotel has beautiful rooms, which are fairly spacious for New York. Our room was always very clean. The staff on reception are all extremely welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect for walking to Bryant Park, Times Square, Summit One Vanderbilt & the Empire State Building. Getting the subway to different parts of the city was easy with Grand Central Station just across the street. It was a relaxing place in the heart of the hustle and bustle.

Choose a substantial section of the city, say Lower Manhattan, plot the sights you wish to see on a map so that you do not have to retrace your steps, take public transit to your starting point and begin your exploration. We started at the 9/11 Memorial and worked our way north, including City Hall, the Merchant's House, Chinatown, the Bowery, Washington Square, the White Horse Tavern, the High Line and the Garment District. Of course, there were all kinds of surprises, which added to the experience. We began at 10 am and were back at our Times Square hotel by 4 pm.
