It’s a nice hotel. Very clean and for breakfast there is a cookie or other pastries. The room is spacious and beds very comfortable. They also have luggage lockers where you can leave your luggage for the day. Really helpful staff and very kind. Will recommend!

Everything was near. The subway was 8min away and the host was very nice. To be honest, I forgot to lock my room whenever I went to explore the city and it felt safe anyway.

A hotel that has got the basics right and provides a comfortable and great experience for their guests! I arrived at 10 am and was able to check in early, as there were rooms available! (great customer experience) , the room is clean with a super comfy bed and pillows (with the options of hard and soft pillows) and blinds that completely block out the sun light! not to mention, the rooms are sound proof too!! the mood-lighting truly helps you relax and unwind. I loved the high-tech and seamless check in process and the iPad to control the temp / lights in the room. the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. the location is great too, as it is very close to the broad gallery, perch roof top bar and other great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting L.A.!!

Staff was exceptional. We arrived earlier than expected and they had a room ready. We were given a complimentary upgrade as well. The room was wonderful--we were very impressed. If all Omni hotels are this way, we would not want to stay anywhere else!

Beautiful grand hotel with fabulous bar. Great location in downtown. The BLOC mall easy walking distance. Clean facilities throughout hotel. Would definitely stay here again 👌
