The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was there all of the time to see to our needs. She booked anything we needed and the hotel loaned us bicycles to ride to old town. It is a short walk or a shorter bike ride to the center of old town. It was lovely place to stay but it was made lovelier by the nice lady who took care of us at the front desk. Hotel was clean and efficient. It was on a busy street but we never heard the traffic. Slept like babies. We would stay here again for sure.

10/10 stay. The room was superb and very comfortable. Perfect location, and the info at the desk was super helpful. A special mention to Helen and Judy at reception — they were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond. They kindly helped me reconnect with a local contact I had lost touch with, which meant a lot to me. Truly thoughtful service that made all the difference. Highly recommended — I’d return in a heartbeat.

Location is not far from Old town, the room was spacious and cosy. The balcony is very beautiful. Staff is very friendly.

Great location, only a short walk from the loom bridge to see the memories of Hoi An show. The staff is really nice, the facilities were great. Two indoor pools and great breakfast included.
