This palace is absolutely stunning. We were welcomed by the staff and Nancy really nicely. The accomodations rules, information and recommandations were really clear and helpful. The room was big, clean and confortable. The bathtub is a really nice addition to the room and can easily fit two people. I would recommend this place without hesitation. 10/10

First class hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, and the water pressure was the best we've had in Vietnam:) and the personnel were so helpful and nice to the guest! We checked out in the morning, but our bus was late so we didn't have a place for our luggage, but the hotel let us keep our luggage and even let us stay and use the pool area, so nice!

Location Very friendly and helpful staff, Lily and Lee. So if you need some info about good restaurants or places, where to go and spend your time in Hoi An, you can always ask them. :) You can rent a bike in the hotel for fair price and see Hoi An on two wheels. Go for it!

Everything. It is very well located, the room is big, the bathroom too, the people who work in the hotel are incredible and with a very good disposition (like Kim who helped us from the moment 0), the pool is super, the breakfast too. The laundry service and room service are super good. All excellent! Highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, very obliging and super professional. The rooms are clean, well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very big with a lot of different options. I alsway want to point out the Spa. I had a vietnamese massage, foot massage and facial done by Dao. She was amazing and the whole session (120 minutes) was really relaxing and pleasant. I actually extended my 2 night stay to 5 nights in total - so that says everything i guess:)
