The room was very clean, breakfast was very good - nice mix of local and international cuisine. The rooftop terrace with pool is beautiful and has an amazing view of the old quarter. Staff was wonderful. So nice and helpful. 10/10!

The hotel is very good. The location is amazing, walk distance for many restaurants, the railway market and night market. The facilities were impecable and the staff Huy, Minh, Alex and Daisy were lovely! Definetely recomended!

From time we arrived, staff were friendly and responsive and noted, always greeted staff moving into/out of the hotel. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable on places to go etc. Location is excellent to go shopping, eating and entertainment with many hidden gems to find.

    This place is a hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond for us in so many ways, they were extremely hospitable and gave good recommendations for the local area. The decor in the hotel is gorgeous, especially the rooftop cafe and the koi fish pond. Location is also good, right across from Ga Ha Noi train station.
