The staff were amazing. We were upgraded to a bigger room as a booking was cancelled, and they wanted to make sure we were comfortable. When We checked out, Justin personally made arrangements to transfer us to our new hotel where we started our tour. Nothing was a problem for the staff. A very memorable experience ✨️

The bed was sooo comfortable, best sleep on whole trip! The rooms are large and perfect, shower hot and powerful. Breakfast delicious. Staff excellent. Location perfect for walking to the temple on lake, bar street (crazy!) Cathedral and train street. Rooftop bar was a nice place to chill at end of the day!

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
