The staff was incredible, the room was very comfortable and the bed was great and very big. The rooftop bar is a great place to see the sunset. We had some trouble with a tour we booked through Get Your Guide, and the staff was incredible at helping us book another, at 8PM for the next day. Very grateful, specially to Thomas and Kai. The breakfast was delicious too.

The best hotel in Vietnam. The most communicative, helpful and friendly staff. You feel like at home. Any issues (in general there is no issue with this awesome hotel) can be addressed by Ja Cosmo team immediately and effectively. Especially Brian is the key player. He can be helpful in all matters. Michael is amazing guy. They are professionals. I recommend to take tour by Ja Cosmo as well. Worth every penny. My next stay in Ha Noi is gonna be at Ja Cosmo surely.

Great location! Excellent breakfast. But most importantly the staff were incredible. Shout out to Tracy, Grace and Justin! They were always available to help us from before we arrived to when we left. Offering advice for our stay, help booking taxis, restaurants and Tracy even sent us recommendations on things to do when we went to Ninh Binh for 3 days. We would go again!

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, in the old quarter, very close to everything. The breakfast was good and the bed very comfortable. What we appreciated the most was the staff of the hotel. They were all amazing and very kind, always ready to help.

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth...

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
