My stay at Bella Premier Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and neatly arranged. Considering its price, the service is excellent and the location is extremely convenient — truly outstanding! All the staff are friendly and very helpful, and they deserve all the appreciation. Special thanks to Mr. Roger at the reception for his great professionalism and constant smile, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A truly memorable experience, and I look forward to coming back again.

This hotel is the best we have stayed in all 8 hotels in Vietnam. From location to cleanliness to staff to service, everything was perfect. Mr Nam guest relations was awesome and they also offered to keep our luggage until we went for a night to Halong bay. We were also offered to refresh when we picked up luggage. Nothing but praise and fully recommend

    This is a "must do." You'll never see anything like it. Only 50 minutes so a perfect amount of time. The puppets are incredible. Be sure to get the audio so you can hear introductions for each story in your own language. It helps understand what the puppets are doing.
