Ideally located in the quickly developing city of Ha Long, The modern contemporary design along with the cleanliness of this place was phenomenal. The staff as in all of Vietnam were helpful, resourceful and professional, showing true far eastern hospitality and politeness. Breakfast menu was varied and suited many pallets. Beautiful sky bar next to the infinity pool in 25th floor was the icing on the cake. £45 a night lived like kings and queens

Just about everything was perfect with the Halong Land Hotel. Our stay was wonderful as we were there to be near the Bay with lovely views. It was very clean, the owners were friendly and helpful, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, the wifi was great, breakfast was good, and the room could be cooled or heated as needed. We wished we didn't need to leave! FYI: the Tuan Chau area has fewer services and some of the new-ish buildings even appear to be abandoned before completion. That's not to fault the hotel, though. It actually made for a peaceful stay. Use Grab or Xanh to go to the mainland (Hanoi) for food, ATMs, etc.

This cruise was a true escape. The staff were attentive, always smiling and incredibly kind. Every meal was delicious, with special attention paid to our dietary needs, which was much appreciated. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. A big thank you to the entire team for these unforgettable memories!

The boat is very nice, helpfull staff, great food. I had a really goodtime on Indochine Grand, a highlight of Vietnam trip. I would recommend to stay 2 nights.

    It’s new and clean and safe. Price is good. Near Tuần Châu harbor. The owner is very nice and friendly. He gave me a ride to Tuần Châu for a cruise without charging. Will stay here again when visiting Ha Long bay.
