Hotel position is in the center of a crowded capital city, so it is quite easy to go anywhere. The staff is genuinely nice, they serve hot tea with cinnamon flavor while waiting for the room and I love that. Facilities are all new & sophisticated. Breakfast buffet was beyond my expectation, they serve a lot of good local food, and you can have breakfast while viewing the whole city from the 13th floor. Don't forget to check out the top bar. It's suitable for chilling at night with friendly staff and good drinks. Pity that I didn't have a chance to try the spa.

Location is great, close to Hanoi Church. And it takes 10 mins to the Lake and night market. Staff in hotel are nice! Jack is a good helper and solved issues immediately and considerately. I would recommend this hotel. Massage is great! Be careful about the cafe and restaurants around the hotel. Better go to those beside Lake.

Great value for money. The food in their buffet is good, wide variety of choices. The staff are very accommodating, friendly. and efficient. I also booked our Sapa tour with them, they are very efficient from transportation form Hanoi to Sapa, accommodation .Thank you!

The location was superb - close to the action of the city and close to the lake (highly recommend morning exercise around the lake). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I have never experienced the kind of hospitality before as I did at Minerva. the breakfast was great, too. They even have a spa associated and a vegan restaurant (lunch and dinner). My family and I ate dinner there on our last night and were blown away by the creative dishes and the wonderful food. I will absolutely be coming back here!
