Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Recidence. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hosts, Diego and Teka went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Every detail—from the fresh linens and flowers to the thoughtful touches—showed how much care the owners put into their guests’ experience. Beautifull gardens. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic and close to local attractions and amenities. What truly sets this place apart is the personal touch. The hosts are kind, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, and local experiences. We highly recommend this guesthouse. This hotel is just superb! The desk manager helped us so much, the rooms were to our liking and were super clean and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious! Just over all an amazing stay. I will definitely return.

Superb experience in Trails end - We were a group of 15 staying for 2 nights. The staff were highly accommodating and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great property, comfortable and clean, and well-maintained. The views are breathtaking, seeing the sunset over false bay is a sight not to miss. Property is remote so you get peace and quiet, and the stars at night are beautiful to see. Some great wineries around (e.g. Idiom). The staff are fantastic, very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The food at the venue, although limited options, was very tasty. There are some walking paths around the property, but did not do them so will not comment.

The location is very conveniently situated near Vergelegen, Lourensford and Morgenster Wine estates. The accommodation is spotless and has everything one needs.
