The staff couldn’t do enough for us, we were celebrating our honeymoon and they made it so special! The location was amazing and the views are breathtaking. Our room was incredibly clean and always tidied when we came back from being out. The breakfast and food at the restaurant was excellent, with breakfast being set up on the terrace looking at the view. We used the gym both mornings - it was great to have the ability to use a treadmill/rower, do weights and stretch in a well set up room.

We rented the family penthouse 2 bedroom because that was all that was available for our time so didn’t use one of the bedrooms. Huge apartment with the whole rooftop as a balcony, with 4 lounge chairs and pads, barbecue, table with 4 chairs and additional stacked chairs. All the deck looks out with amazing views of the bay. We used the en suite bedroom with view of bay and the other bedroom has a bathroom outside the door looks to the rear parking. Full size kitchen with everything you need. Full living room with couch and dining room with full length windows and doors to the deck and view. Very nice apartment. We were there for only 3 nights so didn’t cook but ate at the nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, front desk guy was very informative and helpful and restaurant very good for breakfast and dinners. Conveniently located to other restaurants and shops in town. Free parking . Close drive to lots of national parks and other sights. Great place!

A great location in Plett that felt safe and central. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Great staff that assisted with local taxis.
