The hosts very absolutely fabulous. I liked the design of the room, the location was also very good in a quite area close to the Transfagarasan. There were also some restaurants in the town, just a short drive away. I can absolutely recommend this place.

The casa was great. Just need to take into account that there is nothing but a place to stay in that location. No shops no markets. We stayed there for a daily trek and was surprised that no markets available. So just make sure to come ready with food and drinks and anything you like.

Hard to find a location like this... It's on the shore of the Vidraru Lake, it's quite intimate and quarter way on the Transfagarasan road. There is a fairly steep stairwell from the parking to the villa, but good and enjoyable sport everytime. Also has a restaurant, the food is not excelent but good enough and will fill you up for whatever adventure you will embark. Expect to see bears that will act more like goofy dogs...dont feed them tho. Triple electric fence for your safety.
