This is what we had been looking for in Thailand. A quiet, basic, clean bungalow on the beach. Right next to the best cocktail bar: Aqua Bar. We didn’t move from our deck for two days relaxing and dipping in the beach.

Saithan Resort in Koh Lanta exceeded my expectations. The family-owned establishment offers not only a warm welcome but also the convenience of scooter hire, allowing easy exploration of the island. The rooms are not only comfortable but also reflect a genuine Thai charm. The friendly staff and the personalized service from the family made my stay truly memorable. Saithan Resort is a gem, providing an authentic and delightful experience on Koh Lanta.

We are experienced travelers to Thailand, but this place and this hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel is eco-friendly, and plastic is not allowed. The hotel’s owner, Stefano, along with his outstanding staff, made sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable. At the hotel’s restaurant, we had the best pizza and pasta we’ve ever eaten in Thailand. We from Finland warmly recommend this hotel. You can see videos from the hotel on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@midnightflyer1972.
